Sustainable take away coffee cup; take your own personal cup to your coffee shop to fill up and of you go. They are made from local Sycamore, with its natural antiseptic and insulating properties. They come with a black silicone lid and I made them to fit in car cup holders. Perfect!
The cross grained cups have a more interesting look. Because being cross grained the shape of the cup changes from round to oval and back to round again, my advice would be not to stack them, because they might get stuck. The end grain cups will keep their shape, however, stacking them is still not a good idea, remember: it is wood! The cups are treated with food-safe products; boiled milk makes them waterproof and tung oil. The black band is friction-burned onto the cup. Make sure they are stored without the lid, in a place with proper ventilation.
